Triggers, actions and the webhooks that fire on booking events.

A workflow is a trigger plus an action, scoped to the booking types you choose.

Triggers

  • On booking.
  • Before the event.
  • After the event.

Actions

  • Send an email.
  • Send an SMS.
  • Send a WhatsApp message.
  • Call a webhook.

Outbound webhooks

Separately from workflows, you can configure outbound webhooks on booking events, plus agent endpoints for booking programmatically from your own application.
