Team scheduling

Round robin, collective meetings, group events and host assignment.

Team booking types have more than one possible host. udaybooking decides who takes each meeting based on the method you choose.

Methods

  • Round robin — rotates through available hosts in order.
  • Collective — every host attends; only times when all are free are offered.
  • Group — one host, several invitees on the same slot, up to the invitee capacity you set.
  • Assigned host — the booking type is pinned to a named person or set of hosts.
