Last updated 29 September 2026
This policy explains what information udaybooking collects when you use our website and product, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain language.
Information we collect
Account holders
- Account details such as your name, email address and organization.
- Availability settings, booking types and preferences you configure.
- Calendar information from calendars you choose to connect — used to check free and busy times and to add new bookings.
People who book meetings
- The name, email address and any answers a guest provides when booking.
- The time and details of the meeting they booked.
Website visitors
- Information you submit through forms, such as contact or demo requests.
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To provide scheduling: showing availability, creating bookings, sending confirmations and reminders.
- To support you and respond to requests.
- To keep the service secure and working properly.
- To improve the product.
We do not sell personal information.
Calendar data
When you connect a calendar, udaybooking reads busy times so it doesn't offer times you're already booked, and writes events for meetings booked through udaybooking. Guests never see the titles or details of your events.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run udaybooking, when you ask us to (for example by connecting another tool), or when required by law.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your information, and disconnect calendars at any time. To make a request, contact us.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and let account holders know.
