Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains what information udaybooking collects when you use our website and product, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain language.

Information we collect

Account holders

  • Account details such as your name, email address and organization.
  • Availability settings, booking types and preferences you configure.
  • Calendar information from calendars you choose to connect — used to check free and busy times and to add new bookings.

People who book meetings

  • The name, email address and any answers a guest provides when booking.
  • The time and details of the meeting they booked.

Website visitors

  • Information you submit through forms, such as contact or demo requests.
  • Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use information

  • To provide scheduling: showing availability, creating bookings, sending confirmations and reminders.
  • To support you and respond to requests.
  • To keep the service secure and working properly.
  • To improve the product.

We do not sell personal information.

Calendar data

When you connect a calendar, udaybooking reads busy times so it doesn't offer times you're already booked, and writes events for meetings booked through udaybooking. Guests never see the titles or details of your events.

Website analytics and cookies

The udaybooking.com website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons such as “Sign up” or “Book a demo” are clicked, and whether the contact or demo form was started and sent. We never send what you type into a form — including your name, email address or phone number — to Google Analytics.

The website also uses Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft, for session replays and heatmaps: it records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — so we can see where the site is confusing. Clarity masks the text you type into form fields, so it is not captured. Clarity follows the same consent choice as Google Analytics.

  • Cookies. When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_*, which tell visits and sessions apart; by default they last up to two years. Microsoft Clarity sets the first-party cookies _clck and _clsk, which link page views to one visitor and one session.
  • Country preference. If you choose a country from the switcher in the site header, we store that choice in a first-party cookie called udb-country so the site stops guessing on later visits. It holds a two-letter country code and nothing else — no identifier, and nothing that can be used to recognise you — so it is not an analytics cookie and is not covered by the choice below.
  • No advertising. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are always turned off on this site.
  • Your consent. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off unless you choose “Accept”. Elsewhere they are on unless you choose “Decline”. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “Decline”.
  • While analytics cookies are off, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not set or read their cookies; pages may still send limited measurement data without cookies (Google Consent Mode and Clarity's cookieless mode).
  • Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so we do not ask again on every visit.

To change your choice, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page. Choosing “Decline” also deletes any _ga, _clck and _clsk cookies this site has already set in your browser.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run udaybooking, when you ask us to (for example by connecting another tool), or when required by law.

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can access, correct or delete your information, and disconnect calendars at any time. To make a request, contact us.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and let account holders know.
