How can we help?

22 answers across 6 topics

Account & setup

  • How do I create an account?

Choose Get started, enter your work email, and follow the steps to connect a calendar and set your hours.

  • Can I change my booking link?

Yes. Your personal link and each booking type's link can be edited in settings.

  • How do I change my timezone?

Open Availability and choose your timezone. Existing bookings keep their correct times.

Booking & availability

  • Why isn't a time showing on my booking page?

It's either outside your working hours, busy on a connected calendar, too soon for your minimum notice, beyond how far ahead your booking window allows, or covered by a date override.

  • Can I set different hours for different booking types?

Yes. Each booking type can use your default hours or its own.

  • How do I block a day off?

Add a date-specific override in Availability. The same thing handles a one-off late start.

  • Where do meetings happen?

Zoom, Google Meet, a phone call, in person, or a custom location. Zoom and Google Meet links are created automatically when someone books. Microsoft Teams is not supported as a location.

Guests

  • Do guests need an account?

No. Guests book with their name and email.

  • How does a guest reschedule?

From the link in their confirmation or reminder email.

  • What does a guest see about my calendar?

Only free times. Event titles and details are never shown.

Teams

  • How do I add teammates?

Admins can invite members from the Team page.

  • Who can edit booking types?

It depends on role. Admins manage team booking types; members manage their own.

  • What's the difference between round robin and collective?

Round robin picks one host per meeting. Collective requires every listed host to be free and invites them all.

  • Can I see the whole team's availability at once?

Yes. The team availability view shows everyone's hours side by side.

  • How do I send different bookers to different people?

Use a routing form. It asks qualifying questions before the booking page and routes on the answers.

Reminders & automation

  • Which channels can reminders use?

WhatsApp, SMS or email. A workflow can also call a webhook into your own system.

  • When can a workflow fire?

On booking, before the event, or after the event.

  • How do I know a reminder was delivered?

Every send has its own status — pending, sending, sent, failed, cancelled or skipped — so a failed reminder is visible rather than silent.

  • Can I get booking data into my own system?

Yes. Configure an outbound webhook on booking events, or use the agent endpoints to book programmatically.

Polls & group bookings

  • How does a meeting poll work?

Propose several times, share the poll link, let participants vote without an account, then book the slot that wins.

  • Can several people book the same slot?

Yes. A group booking type takes several invitees on one slot, up to the invitee capacity you set.

  • Can a booker bring other people?

Yes. They can add guests by email, and everyone added gets the confirmation and reminders.
