Everything you need to let people book time.

Booking pages, availability rules, calendar sync, team routing, meeting polls, WhatsApp reminders and analytics — built around one idea: finding a time shouldn’t take a conversation.

Availability

Protect your time automatically.

Protect your calendar from meetings you never agreed to. Decide once when you’re bookable, how much notice you need, how far ahead people can book — and override a single day whenever you need to.

Reminders

Fewer no-shows.
Fewer “just checking” emails.

Reminders go out on WhatsApp, SMS or email — on booking, before the meeting, or after it's done. You choose the trigger and the channel; udaybooking sends them.

Reminders adjust automatically if a meeting is moved or cancelled.

Every send is tracked, so a failed reminder is visible rather than silent.

Rescheduling

Plans change.
Rescheduling shouldn't be painful.

Every confirmation includes a reschedule link. Your guest picks a new time from your live availability, and both calendars update on their own. Try it.

Timezones

Timezones shouldn't be part of the conversation.

Guests always see times in their own timezone. You always see yours. Nobody does the maths.

Meeting location

The join link writes itself.

Zoom and Google Meet links are created the moment someone books. Or take the call on the phone, in your office, or at a link of your own.

Meeting polls

Can't find a slot?
Propose three.

A booking link works when one person has to fit into your calendar. When a whole group needs to find a time together, send a poll instead. Everyone votes without an account, and you book the slot that wins.

  • Propose as many times as you like
  • Share by link — no account needed to vote
  • Book the winner, and it becomes a normal booking

Routing forms

Ask two questions.
Send each person to the right person.

A routing form sits in front of the booking page. It asks what you need to know, then sends each booker to the right booking type or the right host based on what they answered — so an enterprise enquiry never lands in a 15-minute intro slot.

Every routing link carries a status — created, viewed, booked or expired — and every answer is stored against the response, so you can see both where people drop off and what they told you on the way in.

Automation

Booking is only
the beginning.

Everything that usually happens after “see you then” — confirmations, calendar updates, reminders and follow-ups — runs on its own.

Analytics

See how your time is actually being booked.

Which meetings people ask for, which days fill up first, and how every booking ended — confirmed, completed, cancelled or no-show. So you can set availability on evidence, not gut feel.
