Routing forms

Ask first. Then send them to the right person.

One booking link treats every booker the same. A routing form asks what you need to know before the booking page, and routes on the answers.

Routing forms

Ask two questions.
Send each person to the right person.

A routing form sits in front of the booking page. It asks what you need to know, then sends each booker to the right booking type or the right host based on what they answered — so an enterprise enquiry never lands in a 15-minute intro slot.

Every routing link carries a status — created, viewed, booked or expired — and every answer is stored against the response, so you can see both where people drop off and what they told you on the way in.

What people route on.

Route on company size

Enterprise enquiries go to a named rep; everyone else goes into the round-robin pool.

Route on customer or not

Existing customers reach support. New enquiries reach sales. Nobody waits in the wrong queue.

Route on region

Send each booker to a host in a sensible timezone, so nobody is offered a 6 AM call.

Route on product

A question about one product shouldn't end up in a demo for another one.
