Send each booker to the right person with a routing form
Ask two qualifying questions before the booking, then route on the answers.

A single booking link treats every booker the same. A routing form sits in front of the booking page, asks what you need to know, and sends each person to the right booking type or the right host based on what they answer.
Good questions to route on
- Company size — route enterprise enquiries to a named rep, everyone else to round robin.
- Existing customer or not — support versus sales.
- Region — so the booker gets someone in a sensible timezone.
- Which product they are asking about.
Keep it to two questions
Every question is a chance to drop off. Two is usually enough to route accurately; five turns a booking page into a form.
Tracking
Each routing link carries a status — created, viewed, booked or expired — so you can see where people are dropping out, and the answers are stored against the response.
