Team scheduling

Round robin for sales teams: a setup that stays fair

Spread demos across reps without anyone managing a spreadsheet.

Round robin assigns each new booking to the next available person on a team. Done well, it keeps workloads even and response times fast.

Choose the right assignment method

  • Round robin — rotates through the team in order, skipping anyone who isn't free.
  • Collective — only offers times when everyone listed is free, for panels and joint calls.
  • Group — one host, several invitees on the same slot, up to the capacity you set.
  • Assigned host — a booking type pinned to one named person.

Keep everyone's calendar connected

Round robin is only as good as the availability it can see. Make sure every rep has connected their work calendar and set their working hours.

Watch the numbers

Analytics shows meetings per person and per day. If one rep is consistently getting fewer bookings, check their hours and blocked dates first — it's usually availability, not the rotation.

Stop scheduling.
Start meeting.

Give people a simple way to find time with you — and give your team their time back.
