Availability

Availability controls which times udaybooking can offer. A time is only shown when it's inside your hours, free on your connected calendars, and allowed by every rule below.

Rules

• Working hours per day of the week.
• Booking window — the minimum notice before a meeting can be booked, and how far ahead guests can book.
• Date-specific overrides — a holiday, a one-off late start, a day you are travelling.
• Your timezone, with guests shown times in theirs.
• Team availability, so you can see everyone’s hours in one view.
