Routing forms

Qualifying questions in front of the booking page.

A routing form asks a booker a few questions before they reach the booking page, then sends them to the right booking type or the right host based on their answers.

Setting one up

  1. Create a routing form and add your questions.
  2. Add rules that map answers to a booking type or a host.
  3. Share the routing form link in place of the booking link.

Tracking

Each routing link carries a status — created, viewed, booked or expired — and every response is stored, so you can see both where people drop off and what they told you.
