Meeting locations

Zoom, Google Meet, phone, in person, or a link of your own.

Each booking type has a location, set when you create it.

  • Zoom — a join link is created from your connected Zoom account at the moment someone books.
  • Google Meet — a link is created and surfaced on the booking.
  • Phone call — the number is passed between you and the guest.
  • In person — your office, clinic or studio.
  • Custom — your own location or link.

Microsoft Teams

Teams is not available as a meeting location. There is no path to create a Teams join link at booking time, so a booking set to Teams would be confirmed with no way to join. Use Zoom or Google Meet instead.
