Every booking carries one of five statuses: confirmed, pending, completed, cancelled or no-show.
Why no-show matters
Marking the misses honestly is the only way to tell whether your reminders are working. It is a first-class status, not a note in a comment field.
Booking from inside the app
You can also create a booking yourself rather than waiting for someone to use the link, and pull invitees straight from your CRM leads.
