Scheduling

Use a meeting poll when nobody can agree on a time

Propose several times, let everyone vote, and book the slot that wins.

A booking link works when one person needs to fit into your calendar. It works less well when six people need to find a time together. That is what meeting polls are for.

How it works

  1. Create a poll and propose the times you could make.
  2. Share the poll link with everyone who needs to be there.
  3. Participants vote — no account, no login.
  4. Book the winning slot, and the meeting is created like any other booking.

Poll statuses

A poll moves through voting, then booked once you confirm a slot. Polls you never act on expire, and you can cancel one outright.

Stop scheduling.
Start meeting.

Give people a simple way to find time with you — and give your team their time back.
