Calendar

Let clients book around your Outlook calendar.

Bring Microsoft calendar availability into scheduling. Offer bookable times around connected commitments, and send new appointments to the default calendar you select.

What is switched on depends on your plan and industry pack. Ask us to confirm before you build a process on it.

What Outlook / Microsoft 365 brings to your booking workflow

01

Keep the work calendar relevant

Commitments already recorded in connected calendars decide which appointments can be offered.

02

Give bookings a clear home

Choose the destination calendar for new appointments instead of leaving hosts to find a separate booking record.

03

Make connection issues visible

A calendar warning helps teams notice revoked permissions or expired access before availability is wrong.

How it works

Three steps to a connection you can trust. Follow the screens in your own account for the exact wording.

  1. 1

    Review the Microsoft account

Check that the account and calendar you intend to connect are supported by your current setup.

  2. 2

    Select the scheduling calendar

Confirm the busy-time sources and the default calendar used for new events.

  3. 3

Compare availability with a known commitment

Create a test booking and verify its calendar destination before rolling out a shared link.

Where this connection helps

Client-facing Microsoft 365 teams

Accept external appointments while hosts carry on organising their work in Outlook.

Advisory meetings

Keep consultation availability informed by existing commitments on connected calendars.

Outlook / Microsoft 365 questions

  • Does Outlook sync create Microsoft Teams links?

No. Teams is not available as a meeting location in udaybooking. Use Zoom or Google Meet for automatic joining links.

  • Are all Microsoft calendar account types supported?

Outlook and Microsoft 365 are supported, but not every shared-mailbox or resource-calendar scenario is. Confirm your specific setup before rolling out.

  • Does this replace administrator approval?

No. Review the authorisation requirements your organisation's Microsoft tenant applies.
