Scheduling should not require a conversation

Why we built udaybooking around one idea: finding a time is not a discussion.

“Are you free Tuesday?” is one of the most expensive sentences in business. It starts a thread that can run for days, across timezones, while the meeting itself — the thing that actually matters — waits.

udaybooking starts from a simple idea: scheduling should not require a conversation. If you've already decided when you're available, the other person should be able to pick a time that works and be done.

What we mean by “done”

Done means confirmed on both calendars, with a reminder on the way and a link to move it if plans change. Nobody should have to send “just checking we're still on for tomorrow”.

What we're not trying to do

We're not trying to fill your calendar. The best scheduling tool protects your time as much as it hands it out — which is why your working hours, your booking window and the ability to override a single day are first-class settings, not options buried three menus deep.

Stop scheduling.
Start meeting.

Give people a simple way to find time with you — and give your team their time back.
