Logistics
Book pickups and deliveries with Shiprocket.
Shiprocket is an Indian shipping aggregator that books consignments across multiple couriers. A delivery slot nobody agreed to is a second attempt waiting to happen. Letting the receiver choose one fixes most of it.
What is switched on depends on your plan and industry pack. Ask us to confirm before you build a process on it.

What Shiprocket brings to your booking workflow
Slots the receiver picked
A window someone chose is kept far more often than one a Shiprocket run assigned.
Capacity you can see
Limit how many pickups or deliveries a window can hold so routes stay deliverable.
Updates where people read them
Confirmation and reminder messages carry the window and a link to change it.
How it works
Three steps to a connection you can trust. Follow the screens in your own account for the exact wording.
- 1
Define the windows
Set the slots each route or hub can genuinely service.
- 2
Share the booking link
Send it with the Shiprocket dispatch message so the receiver chooses before the van leaves.
- 3
Run a day
Compare booked windows with what the route actually did.
