Pricing

Start free, with the limits written down

Three plans: a free one for a single user, one priced per user, and one quoted on your setup. Every limit that exists is on this page — there is no platform fee and no ceiling you find out about in month four.

In short

udaybooking has three plans. Free covers one user at no cost and does not expire. Professional is £7.50 per user per month, 20% cheaper billed annually, and runs to 100 users. Enterprise is quoted on your team size and setup. There is no platform fee on any plan, and the people booking time with you are never charged and never counted as users.

The plans, the limits and the free plan are the same in every country. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Free stays free. Professional is billed monthly, per user — switch to annual to see the discounted rate. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Guarantees

What we never charge for

These three are locked. They are not a launch promotion and they do not move at renewal.

  • No platform fee on any plan — you pay for your users and nothing else. Some tools add a flat monthly charge on top of your seats, and on an enterprise plan it is often more than the seats themselves cost. We do not, on any plan
  • Guests book for free, always — the people booking time with you never need an account and are never counted as users, however many bookings they make
  • Unlimited bookings and booking history — a month with 2,000 bookings costs exactly what a month with 20 costs, and past bookings stay queryable with no retention window

The reasoning is simple. A platform fee is money you hand over before anyone has used anything, so we do not ask for one. Your guests are your customers, not our users — charging you for their bookings would be charging you for your own demand. And your booking history is your record of what you agreed to; metering it would be selling your own data back to you.

Seats

The only limits are seat limits

Free is one user. Professional is billed per user from the first seat and runs to 100. Enterprise has no upper limit and is quoted on your setup. You are billed for the seats you hold, never for a plan you have outgrown on paper.

No minimum to buy into

Free covers one user for nothing. Professional bills from a single seat — add people one at a time as they join. There is no block of seats you have to buy up front.

Caps are written down here

Free is one user. Professional runs to 100. Enterprise has no upper limit. If you are near a cap we tell you in-app before you hit it, not after.

Move between plans whenever

Upgrade from Free, or move up and down as the team changes, and the next invoice is prorated. Booking links, history and calendar connections survive the move.

Feature gating

Free plan & trial

Free forever, or 14 days of everything

The Free plan never expires, so there is nothing to decide on day fifteen — one user, one booking page, no credit card. Professional adds a 14-day trial if you want to test team scheduling, routing forms and workflows before you pay for seats. The trial is the full product, not a read-only preview: connect a calendar, publish a link and take real bookings.

  • The Free plan does not expire and never asks for a card — one user, one booking page
  • 14 days of Professional from the day you start the trial, not from the day you first connect a calendar
  • No card on the trial either, so nothing converts to a paid plan by surprise at the end
  • The full product, not a read-only preview — publish a link and take real bookings
  • Invite your team during the trial and test round robin before you pay for seats
  • If it is not a fit, tell us and we will say so too; we would rather lose a bad-fit trial than a renewal

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered plainly

Can't find what you're looking for? Get in touch and a real person will reply.

  • Which plan should I start with?

Free, if you are one person who needs a booking link — it does not expire and there is no card to enter. Move to Professional as soon as a second host is involved, or you need team scheduling, round robin, routing forms or shared availability.

  • Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Free or move between paid plans as your team changes, and the next invoice is prorated.

  • Do guests need a paid account?

No. People booking time with you never need an account, and they are never counted as users on your plan.

  • Is there a minimum number of users?

No. Free covers a single user at no cost, and Professional is billed per user from the first seat. Professional goes up to 100 users; Enterprise has no upper limit.

  • How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing is 20% below the monthly rate on Professional — £6 per user per month instead of £7.50, billed yearly. Free is free on either cycle, and Enterprise is quoted.

  • Is there a free plan or a free trial?

Both. The Free plan never expires and needs no credit card. Professional also has a 14-day trial, again with no card, so nothing converts to a paid plan by surprise.

  • What is a platform fee?

It is a flat monthly charge some tools add on top of the per-user price. It never changes — not with your team size, not with how much you use the product. Say a plan is £7.50 per user and you have 20 users: that is £150 a month for the seats. A platform fee is charged on top of that every month, and on an enterprise plan it is often more than the seats themselves cost. udaybooking does not charge one. You pay per user, and that is the full bill.

  • Is there a platform fee on top of the per-user price?

No. There is no platform fee on any plan, Enterprise included. What you see per user per month is the whole price, before applicable taxes.

  • Which currency am I charged in?

USD. The pounds sterling figures on this page are indicative — the contracted price converted at a rate as of 12 October 2026 — and your card is charged in US dollars, so your card issuer sets the rate you actually pay. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
