What is udaybooking?
udaybooking is a scheduling and appointment tool. You set when you're available, share a booking link, and people pick a time that works — no back-and-forth emails.
How does booking work?
Your guest opens your link, chooses a meeting type and a time from your live availability, and enters their name and email. The meeting is confirmed straight away and added to both calendars.
Can I connect my existing calendar?
Yes. Connect your calendar and udaybooking reads your busy times before showing availability, then adds new bookings back to it automatically.
Does udaybooking prevent double bookings?
udaybooking checks your connected calendars before offering a time, so slots that are already busy are never shown to guests.
Can I create different meeting types?
Yes. Create as many booking types as you need — each with its own duration, availability, location and link. They can be one-on-one, group, round robin across a team, or collective with several hosts.
Can customers reschedule appointments?
Yes. Every confirmation includes a link to reschedule or cancel. Guests choose a new time from your current availability, and calendars update automatically.
Does udaybooking handle different timezones?
Yes. Guests see available times in their own timezone and you see them in yours. udaybooking does the conversion.
Can I schedule meetings for a team?
Yes. Team booking types can rotate bookings with round robin, or use collective scheduling to offer only the times when every listed host is free.
Can I set different availability for different days?
Yes. Set separate hours for each day of the week, and block specific dates for holidays or travel.
Can I limit how far in advance people can book?
Yes. The booking window controls both ends — how much notice you need before a meeting, and how far ahead guests can book.
Can I integrate udaybooking with my existing tools?
udaybooking syncs two-way with Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365, creates Zoom and Google Meet links at booking, and can fire a webhook into your own systems on every booking event.
Is udaybooking suitable for businesses?
Yes. udaybooking works for individuals and scales to teams with shared availability, roles and admin controls.
Can reminders go out on WhatsApp?
Yes. A workflow can send a reminder on WhatsApp, SMS or email — before the meeting, on booking, or after it’s done. Every send is tracked, so a failed reminder is visible rather than silent.
What if nobody can agree on a time?
Create a meeting poll. Propose several times, share the link, and everyone votes without needing an account. Book the slot that wins.
Can I ask questions before someone books?
Yes. A routing form sits in front of the booking page, asks qualifying questions, and sends each person to the right booking type or the right host based on their answers.
Can I put the booking page on my own website?
Yes. Every booking type has an embed snippet, plus short booking links for sharing in email or chat.
Can I see who didn’t turn up?
Yes. Every booking carries a status — confirmed, pending, completed, cancelled or no-show — so no-shows are tracked rather than guessed at.
How does onboarding work?
Create an account, connect your calendar, set your working hours and share your first link. Most people are ready to take bookings the same day.
Stop scheduling.
Start meeting.
Give people a simple way to find time with you — and give your team their time back.
